"Installed our security system in August 2011 (as part of a fairly complicated multi-contractor conversion of a pub into a music and arts studios) and does our annual fire alarm and security testing. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Product works well- perfect except for the odd blip but Pro 1 were brilliant at coming round quickly to solve the problem, which in fact improved the system as it involved some fine-tuning of the sensors. Excellent after-care. As far as value for money goes, I don't have anything to make a comparison really (not having run a commercial building before), but the fees involved seem very reasonable. Will definitely continue to use"
