"Installed our security system in August 2011 (as part of a fairly complicated multi-contractor conversion of a pub into a music and arts studios) and does our annual fire alarm and security testing. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Product works well- perfect except for the odd blip but Pro 1 were brilliant at coming round quickly to solve the problem, which in fact improved the system as it involved some fine-tuning of the sensors. Excellent after-care. As far as value for money goes, I don't have anything to make a comparison really (not having run a commercial building before), but the fees involved seem very reasonable. Will definitely continue to use"

"I contacted the Company for a simple alarm system to be fitted to my house. From the initial visit to the installation and follow up visit the approach has been professional - the work very clean and tidy and the system does exactly what I need it to do. I would recommend this company - I am exceptionally pleased with the reliability and professional approach. "

"Excellent service and very friendly. Everything working trouble free and if there is any slight concern can easily contact them and nothing is too much trouble."

"Dave efficiently and effectively fixed a misfiring fire alarm system that had been a constant worry, having been badly specified and installed by a previous company."
